These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and BrandWorksApp LLC about CHAOSLESS, the financial magazine at chaosless.club (the “Site”). By using the Site you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
01The Site
CHAOSLESS publishes editorial content about money, markets, investing, assets, business and technology in English and Russian. The Site is free to read.

Everything on the Site — articles, analysis, market quotes, charts and tools — is general information for educational purposes. Quotes on the Site come from third parties (Yahoo Finance, CoinGecko, European Central Bank rates), are delayed and may be inaccurate or unavailable. They are provided for information only and must not be used for trading.
04AOS
CHAOSLESS and AOS (aos.chaosless.app) are both published by BrandWorksApp LLC. AOS is a separate product governed by its own terms. Mentions of AOS on the Site are made by its publisher; see the Advertising Disclosure.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure, or to bypass its security;
- overload the Site or interfere with its operation;
- republish our articles in full or present our content as your own.
06Intellectual property
The Site, its design, texts, images and the CHAOSLESS and AOS names belong to BrandWorksApp LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to read and share links to the Site. See Intellectual Property for quoting and reuse.

To the extent permitted by law, BrandWorksApp LLC is not liable for investment or trading losses, or for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to US $100.
10Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Osceola County, Florida.
11Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
