01Designated agent

02What a notice must include
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The URL of the material on chaosless.club that you claim is infringing.
- Your name, address, telephone number and e-mail.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
03Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) with the information the law requires.
04Repeat infringers and misuse
We may restrict access for repeat infringers. Knowingly false notices may create liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
