01Who we are

The Site is published by BrandWorksApp LLC, a Florida company. Contact for any privacy question: info@brandworksapp.us.

02Data we collect

No account is needed. You can read the whole Site without registering. We do not ask for your name, e-mail or payment details to read it.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting and Google Cloud) automatically records standard technical data for each request: IP address, time, page requested, browser and device type. It is used for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (via Firebase) with Google Consent Mode. Until you choose “Accept all” or turn analytics on in Cookie settings, no analytics cookies are set and Google receives only cookieless signals without identifiers. With your consent, Google Analytics records pages viewed, approximate country, device and browser type, and clicks on links to AOS. Advertising features are off.

Your choices on the Site. Your browser keeps your cookie choice and your language choice (English or Russian).

Messages you send us. If you write to us, we keep your e-mail address and the correspondence to answer you.

Newsletter. The newsletter form is not active yet and does not collect data. Before it launches we will update this Policy.

03What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data and do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• We do not show ads and do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
• We do not take payments on the Site.
• We do not build profiles of readers.

04How we use data

• To deliver and secure the Site and to fix errors.
• To understand which content readers find useful (only with your consent for analytics cookies).
• To answer your messages and requests.

05Legal bases (EEA/UK)

We process data on our legitimate interests (operating and securing the Site), to answer your requests, and on your consent for analytics cookies, which you can withdraw at any time in Cookie settings.

06Service providers

• Google LLC — Firebase Hosting, Cloud Functions, Google Analytics (Firebase), Google Fonts — USA.
• Market data for the homepage ticker (Yahoo Finance, CoinGecko, European Central Bank rates via Frankfurter) is requested by our server. No personal data is sent to them.
• AOS (aos.chaosless.app) is a separate product with its own terms and privacy policy. Links to it carry campaign tags (UTM) that show the visit came from CHAOSLESS.

07Retention

Server logs are kept by Google Cloud for a limited period (typically up to 30 days). Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months. E-mail correspondence is kept as long as needed to answer you and for our records, then deleted.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA and the EEA/UK under the GDPR) you may have the right to know, access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. See Data Request for how to make a request. We reply within 30 days.

09Security

The Site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS with HSTS). We collect as little data as possible.

10Children

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK).

11International transfers

Data is processed in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on the safeguards offered by our providers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

12Changes

We may update this Policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
